If your desire is to start from scratch and create something completely unique in your space, or if you are ready to commit to an addition or major remodel, then my innovation is what you need! Having the perspective of a professional Interior Designer as early in the process as possible is of great value and in the long run, can actually save you precious time and money. I can create the AutoCAD design drawings for your new space, including elevations, and work with an Engineer to add the structural notes and layers for your building permit drawings. If you wish, I can assist in the selection and design of absolutely every item and finish material required to complete your project, including cabinetry, flooring, lighting, appliances, plumbing fixtures, wall coverings, etc.
Once approved, I will facilitate the ordering, work with a general contractor, coordinate any necessary sub-contractors and over-see the implementation of the design concept. And of course, if the budget allows, I can follow up the creation and construction process with furniture, window treatment, area rug, artwork and accessory selections to put the finishing touches on your amazing new space!
